Ruby Qi
I believe that the children are our future. What we teach them now will be harvested tomorrow.
As a teacher I would like the children to feel comfortable, to confide in me and share their ups and downs. Letās help the children celebrate and enjoy the wonderful life of being a child.

I believe childhood is a unique and valued period of life. children are capable, confident and active participants in their earliest moments.
Providing children with a safe space, a variety of physical activities and the opportunities to make choices and actively explore their environment, extends their imaginations and supports their willingness to try new challenges.

I believe that all children have infinite potential to want to grow with whanau. To support their growth and development, I trust in children's behavior and passion.
And I respect each child's opinion and background, because children are not only beautiful learners but also small teachers without any notions and preconceptions.

I believe that every child is unique with different needs, interests, and strengths, and develops and grows in their own way.
I believe in developing professional knowledge about their learning and development that guides me in providing a safe and nurturing environment and a high-quality early childhood program for infants, toddlers, and young children.
Stella
I believe all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where children can meet their full potential. I would love to provide an environment where children can explore their imaginations and creativities.
Also, I strongly believe it is important to help and teach children with a natural love as to be them in an environment that is both consistent and secure. A nurturing and supportive school environment makes the children feel safe and grow confidence. I believe learning and development are optimized when a child is secure and comfortable. Furthermore, the best teachers teach from the heart, not from the book.

I believe that tamariki are capable, competent, curious, creative, imaginative and unique.
I believe that children learn through play so it is essential to provide a safe and healthy environment that can stimulate their curiosity and encourage them to actively explore. I believe children have the right to choose and opportunities to initiate their own learning. I believe in inclusive practices for all learners.
Cecilia

As kaiako in Aotearoa/New Zealand, Iām committed to establish a respectful and inclusive environment for the tamariki and whÄnau from diverse cultural backgrounds, where provides equitable learning opportunities that nurture morals and values.
I see each tamariki as a unique individual with a great capacity to learn and to make positive connections with their surroundings. Their needs and interests should be met with an appropriate developmental level, supported individually and with care; their strengths should be fostered and developed further through relationships with the wider community and whÄnau. As kaiako, I ensure that equitable learning opportunities are on offer, where a balance between teaching and learning for children to participate in and grow their capabilities.
